The recalled products are eight-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps, each containing 60 capsules of Ultimate Multivitamin+ supplement. Consumers can identify affected bottles by checking for two specific Universal Product Codes:

• UPC 850027975177, covering lots manufactured between September 2021 and February 2024
• UPC 850027975429, covering lots manufactured between May 2024 and March 2025

These supplements were sold on Mindbodygreen.com for prices ranging from $40 to $70, depending on whether customers purchased through subscription plans. The company’s recall notice includes detailed lot number listings that allow purchasers to verify whether their specific bottle is included in the recall.

According to the CPSC, the bottles were manufactured by Arizona Nutritional Supplements in Chandler, Arizona, and VitaQuest in Caldwell, New Jersey.
